Who is this seminar for?
Generally, for anybody, Almudena’s message being for anybody who wishes to receive it. However, it is especially for people who suffer from one reason or another, people with relationship issues, problems in marriage, with their children, with their family, with depression. This suffering is like a detonator that starts the search for deeper happiness, based not only on things. It is also addressed to managers and business people who want to improve the relationship with their employees or teams, or want to find clearer objectives and ways to reach the objectives wanted.
Always in matter of happiness searching, which is actually not a search but a reencounter, a recognition of the happiness we have. 

What will you experiment at the seminar and workshop?
This is what Almudena explains:
"This calm movement is simple. It involves a change in perspective, a new way to look at the world. As we practice it, it will start being our reality, our way of being. The more we practice, the more we consolidate (assure, stabilize) ourselves in this state of calmness.
By discovering this state of calmness, for me it meant discovering the key to happiness. What do I understand by happiness? What is happiness for me?
For me, happiness is the absence of resistance against reality.
Starting from this definition, from this perspective, happiness is always possible.
In fact, it is something that all human beings want and search in life. We want to be happy, although when we are in difficult situations, depression or very complicated circumstances, happiness seems untouchable, something that we cannot even dream about. This is why I emphasize calmness, as when someone passes through difficult moments, he almost doesn’t even think about happiness; he would settle for a state of peace, a state of calmness. In reality, this sensation, this calmness experience is the same as happiness, but this perspective is not available when we suffer, when we are depressed.
In conclusion, it is a change in perspective, a change once fixed (contemplated, observed), once it starts shinning, cannot go back to other type of perspective. We don’t want to go back as in reality we all want and dream about happiness.
This calmness is always available, is always accessible, is the calm where everything happens, including stress and depression. This is why I talk about calmness beyond stress, beyond depression.
It is the calmness that there is before, between and after all circumstances."
